FAQs

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please note that we require 1 to 7 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 28 business days depending on:

1. the product(s) you purchased 
2. the shipping method selected (Example: Standard vs Express)

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we can't guarantee the exact delivery date.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order via email. Tracking numbers will be available once your product is shipped.  It can take up to 7 days for us to send you an email with tracking information.  Rest assured, we will send it to you ASAP. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, up to 24 hours after order confirmation.  All you need to do is send us an email to Hello@OhGoodsey.com with the subject line "CANCEL".  Include your full name and the order number.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT NOW?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your shipping address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct, valid shipping information. Notify us immediately via email at Hello@OhGoodsey.com. If the shipping address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours of order placement.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If this happens to you, please email us at Hello@OhGoodsey.com with:

- Your order number.
- A clear picture(s) of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE.  WHERE'S THE REST OF MY STUFF?
We have many products not stocked in our California USA warehouse.  When you order 2+ items within the same transaction, they may ship out separately by our overseas partner vendors. You may receive one item before the next. This is normal, so please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once in the same package. They are on the way to you!
